During 2025 we’ve met so many different people in over a dozen countries. As we constantly strive for deeper human partnerships, it’s always such a special thing to find those who so precisely share and embody your values. That’s why, in our final Maldives Calling edition of the year, we’d like to highlight the inspirational story of a self-made woman who began her journey here in the Maldives over a decade ago and has since become one of our most lauded sales personalities as assistant director of sales at the Ritz-Carlton Maldives Fari Islands, which she helped open five years ago, and Sales Personality of the Year at the Hotelier Maldives Awards 2025.

We know many of you have already been touched by Alia Korshykova’s unique spirit. If you haven’t yet, her story is about growth, passion and overcoming challenges, and we’re sure it will profoundly resonate with anyone still searching for their ideal path. Let us take you, for one last time in 2025, to Maldives beyond the beach.
